Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you use www.travelkitsfordogs.com or buy from Otto Schmitz LLC ("TravelKitsForDogs", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors and small design details may vary based on availability, and photos and videos may show a different color than the one you receive.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. If a price is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

After you order, you'll receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible; once an order has shipped, our returns policy applies.

Shipping

• We ship to addresses in the United States.
• Shipping is a flat $6.99 per order, and free on orders of $75.00 or more (before tax).
• Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or doesn't arrive, contact us with your order details (and photos for damage) and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.

Returns and refunds

• You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
• Kits must be returned complete. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• To start a return, contact us first so we can give you the return address.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method after we receive and check the return.

Using our products safely

Always supervise your pet with travel products, toys and accessories. Never shine a laser at the eyes of a person or animal. Our travel guides are general information, not veterinary advice; ask your veterinarian about your pet's health and travel needs.

The text, images, videos and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our products and website are provided "as is", and Otto Schmitz LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
